Director of Client Services

As Director of Client Services at Bresette + Company in Portsmouth, Andrea leads a dynamic account team that strives to build and maintain strong client relationships within a wide-range of industry personnel. The primary focus of her role at Bresette is to provide high-quality and consistent customer service; going above and beyond client expectations daily. Her responsibilities as traffic manager ensure the agency's projects are consistently on-time and on-budget. As a former journalist, Andrea's prior experience made for an easy transition into the creative world of marketing and communications, where she soon found her niche.

Prior to joining Bresette, Andrea worked as a journalist/research director at Providence Business News in Providence, RI, where she was responsible for several features of the publication as well as research of its Top Lists.

Before taking on her role at Providence Business News, Andrea worked at Travmar Destination Directories, also in Providence. The company produced magazines annually for the Northeast, Southeast and Mid-Atlantic Travel planners. She successfully wrote copy for, edited and project-managed these publications from pagination to print.

Andrea is a graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts with a bachelor’s degree in English. She lives in Newburyport, Massachusetts with her husband Hans and their cat Harry.
